Mother Earth, Where Are You?

Mother Earth, Where are You?

This sandy air has no moisture to it

I feel the coming rage

Slumped shoulders bring war

Started by the chaos of a plague

If I have committed sins

I have asked for forgiveness

But I see Pharaoh

Judgement is imminent, nevertheless

I won the lottery

A chance of a lifetime

To be enslaved

You think I have it made

I see people not smile

It breaks my very core

I see the political system in upheaval

My praying knees are so feeble

This world is changing again

But for the worst

A pregnant planet

Whose sick baby is coming forth

So speedy and slick

When left to our own devices

We are weak and scared

Only holding it up closer in a crisis

No, I do care

Do you care that I have tended this garden of life?

I feel desperation coming through

Mother Earth, where are you?

Statues of Old (Everything will Eventually be Fine)

As the leaves fall like a forgotten dream

You think you knew the answers

Now nothing is as it seems

You crush the leaves into tiny parts

Reminiscent of your remorse

Statutes of old will crumble

Business of polish will stall

Religious traditions will break

So our hearts will awake

Can you see what’s happening?

We are being poured from the inside out?

Are we preaching what we are practicing?

It takes time for the planets to align

Trust me, everything will be eventually be fine

The Bread

You are in the oven

Like bread

Rising to the top

We think we are the only loaf

But we are a dime and dozen

But some have more dough

Some bake more slow

Or a different type all together

The heat is up high

You are being redefined

You wish the waiting would stop

Making a promise

Of a perfect rise would be a lie

It all depends on the care you are given

Which is based a heart that’s driven

Don’t put this fire out

Don’t look to other the breads but the baker

He’s got his on apron and gloves

He knows how firm and how hot

We think we are the only loaf

He laughs at our quarrels

He sees our yeast

To His eyes we are a feast

Don’t put this fire out

Jesus Healed During Sabbath

Jesus Healed During Sabbath

Jesus cleaned feet

He said it’s hard for the rich

To enter the Kingdom of God

This statement my seem flawed

But our hearts must be submitted

The lowly will rise

While the high will no longer be lifted

He threw tables of the pretend

And to those who follow Him

He is your forever friend

This answer is plain

He knows every intention

At every village He didn’t heal

He knew what their hearts concealed

But He said healing during Sabbath is fine

He came to bind up the broken hearted

He said He’ll leave the 99 for the one any time

And He welcome the prodigals home

God looks to and fro the earth

He looks for obedient hearts

With a hunger coming forth

Care what God Says about You

Trust what God says about you more than what man says!

Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe.

Proverbs 29:5 NIV

When they measure themselves by themselves and compare themselves with themselves they are not wise. 2 Corinthians 10:12 NIV

Silence the negative talks in your head and know the Lord is for you! The world is loud and distracting but God’s voice is gentle and comforting!
