Give to the unnoticed and misguided because Jesus did!

Be mature like an adult but like love like a kid

Soul’s Ache

Withstand

Every demand

With your head

In your hand

Feeling scared

Underprepared

If you trust God

Know He cares

Delegations

Uncomfortable situations

Be bold

Keep your ambitions

Jesus to the cross

Shows whose boss

It’s destiny

Not a coin toss

This world is ugly

Deepest black sea

A current

Of hypocrisy

Jesus says

To pray

For everyone

Esp. for your enemy

Trust your faith

The soul’s ache

The map of longing

To never forsake

Jesus Healed During Sabbath

Jesus cleaned feet

He said it’s hard for the rich

To enter the Kingdom of God

This statement my seem flawed

But our hearts must be submitted

The lowly will rise

While the high will no longer be lifted

He threw tables of the pretend

And to those who follow Him

He is your forever friend

This answer is plain

He knows every intention

At every village He didn’t heal

He knew what their hearts concealed

But He said healing during Sabbath is fine

He came to bind up the broken hearted

He said He’ll leave the 99 for the one any time

And He welcome the prodigals home

God looks to and fro the earth

He looks for obedient hearts

With a hunger coming forth

Scripture Encouragement from 1 Thessalonians

Good news! Troubles ahead but God is faithful if we submit to Him! Idols keep us from God’s heart but serving Him protects us from future judgement! You may be saved but wouldn’t rather serve God with your whole heart?

“They tell how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God, and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead—Jesus, who rescues us from the coming wrath” 1 Thessalonians 1:9-10

The Carpenter knows me
He has fashioned me
For such a time as this
In this thing called life
With all its plot twists

I started as wood
Even my heart
But he broke me apart
He used chisels
And screws
To make me new

I hated this process
How it still goes on!
I measured my success
By how polished others were
But you said, “You are a beautiful mess”

But you taught me through the pain
And clipping away rusting character traits
Ones that are way past an expiration date
I thought I had solutions in my mind
But I see the tools start to rotate

And I know it’s time
To change me in a whole new way
At a molecular level
Get past the agony
